Biography
Johanan Mulenda is an associate at Bennani & Associés in Kinshasa and a member of the Bar of the Democratic Republic of Congo since 2020. He advises on a wide range of legal issues, with particular expertise in mergers and acquisitions, mining law, intellectual property, secured transactions and project finance.
Johanan Mulenda has worked for both domestic and international clients, including private companies, public corporations and international organizations, on complex cross-border transactions and regulatory issues. His practice includes advising on regulatory compliance in the mining sector, structuring secured lending transactions, and drafting loan documents and security packages.
