Tunisia represents a dynamic market for investment and an important economic pole in the Maghreb. In this context, Lamia assists international companies in their establishment and investment projects.
She advises on business law in key sectors such as renewable energies, telecommunications, infrastructure, banking and the pharmaceutical industry.

Assistance and advice to Cassa Depositi e Prestiti SpA (CDP), the Italian financial institution, in the framework of a loan agreement concluded with the Tunisian State represented by the Central Bank of Tunisia for the financing of a cooperation program agreed upon on the basis of a memorandum of understanding signed between Italy and Tunisia.

Assistance and advice of the Swedish conglomerate, Essity (formerly called SCA Hygiene products), in the context of its exit from the capital of the Tunisian company Sancella.
Enel Green Power
Assistance and advice to Enel Green Power, the Italian leader in renewable energies, in connection with a call for tenders for the construction of 5 high-capacity photovoltaic power plants.
Solix Group
Assistance and advice to the Swedish investment company, Solix Group, in the acquisition of an industrial company established in Tunisia and member of the French group Oré Peinture, specialized in the manufacture of paint products for road marking.

Lamia is a graduate of the Faculty of Legal, Political and Social Sciences of Tunis where she obtained a DEA in Business Law in 2003. She has been a member of the Tunis Bar for over 17 years.
Before joining Bennani & Associés, Lamia worked for several years at Gide Loyrette Nouel in Tunisia.
