Biography
Mahdi Yamnahaddou is recognized by clients and international legal directories for his high level of technical expertise, work ethic and client focus. Mahdi has assisted several multinational companies in Morocco with their investment projects, complex commercial arbitrations and disputes before commercial and labor courts.

Recent interventions
Bel Group
Counsel to the Bel Group in the sale of 100% of its stake in its two Moroccan subsidiaries, SAFILAIT and Ferme Tarmast, market leaders in dairy products and derivatives, to the Polmlek Group, Poland's leading industrial dairy player.
Mahdi Yamnahaddou also assisted Groupe Bel with the restructuring operations and capital increases of the two subsidiaries that preceded the sale of shares to Polmlek.
Koch Industries
Advising Koch Ag & Energy Solutions (KAES) on its entry into the capital of a 50/50 JV with OCP, world leader in the phosphates and fertilizers market, through a share acquisition. The joint venture (JFC III) owns and operates an integrated phosphate fertilizer production facility at the Jorf Lasfar industrial complex, the world's largest phosphate fertilizer production platform.
Itissalat Al-Maghrib
Counsel to Itissalat Al-Maghrib in a telecommunications and competition law dispute against another telephone operator (WANA). The amounts involved exceed 600 million euros.
This litigation required in-depth knowledge of telecommunications regulations, and more specifically of the sector's competition law aspects.

On several cases involving the fight against piracy of intellectual property rights by global film and television production studios.
