Jean-Emile Didia is an associate at Bennani & Associés in Abidjan. He advises private and public companies as well as international organizations throughout French-speaking Africa on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, infrastructure projects, banking and finance, labor law, energy and intellectual property.
