Biography
Ibrahim Sarr is an associate at Bennani & Associés in Casablanca and a member of the Paris Bar since 2015. He is a qualified lawyer in France, with expertise in mergers and acquisitions, corporate law and competition/antitrust law.
He advises leading multinational companies, financial institutions and regional corporations on high-value transactions and complex regulatory issues. His practice covers domestic and cross-border M&A, corporate structuring, competition law and regulatory compliance in key sectors such as insurance, transportation, automotive and consumer goods.

Advised on the acquisition of 100% of the shares of Atlas Bottling Company SA for 169.5 million euros.
Plastic Omnium
Advised on the acquisition of Varroc's automotive lighting systems business for 600 million euros, including buyer-side due diligence on Varroc Maroc.
