Advised Afrexim Import Export Bank as legal counsel in a loan agreement with La Banque Postale du Congo for 15 million euros (2025).

Chevron Overseas Limited Congo

Counsel to Chevron Overseas Limited Congo. These assignments included acting as Congolese legal counsel in the sale of all Chevron's oil interests in Congo to Trident Energy (2025).

Sahara Energy International

Advised Sahara Energy International Pte on the financing (2024) and refinancing (2025) of a $150 million revolving crude oil prepayment agreement.
