Biography
Carla Keza Uwanziza is an associate in the Kigali office and her areas of expertise include corporate, commercial and labor law in Rwanda. She has assisted clients with compliance with local regulatory frameworks and with company incorporation issues.
She has also been involved in various commercial agreements, including reviewing and drafting commercial contracts in several sectors.
Recent interventions
Assisted a multinational company on a corporate compliance matter, including regulatory filings and review of company records to ensure compliance with local corporate law requirements.
Assisted a multinational company in carrying out a complete due diligence on several local target entities.
Assisted an international foundation on a complex labor law issue, including the revision and alignment of working documents and internal policies with Rwandan labor regulations.
