Désiré Woï is a licensed attorney with the New York bar, with experience in OHADA and international law, as well as business transactions.
He has represented a diverse range of clients, including private and public companies, as well as international organizations, in various matters such as corporate, project finance, and energy, among others.

Solar Power Plant
Advised the government of Côte d'Ivoire during the negotiation of a concession contract for a 50 MW solar power plant.
Petroci Holding SA
Advised Repsol on a USD 300 million crude oil pre-financing agreement with Petroci Holding SA (an entity owned by the Ivorian government).
Standard Chartered Bank
Advised Standard Chartered Bank on a €533 million bridging loan to the Republic of Côte d'Ivoire, partially guaranteed by the African Development Bank (AfDB).
