Bennani & Associés welcomes two new partners to expand its presence in Guinea
Bennani & Associés is pleased to announce its establishment in Conakry, Republic of Guinea, a strategic step that confirms the firm's pan-African expansion. With this establishment, Bennani & Associés now extends its presence to nine jurisdictions in North, West, and Central Africa.
As part of this expansion, the firm is pleased to welcome Julia Challoub and Christina Karaouni as Partners, responsible for overseeing its operations in Guinea.
Julia Challoub brings extensive expertise in corporate law and mergers and acquisitions, honed through major transactions in French-speaking Africa. Her experience covers the entire transaction cycle—structuring, due diligence, negotiation, execution, and post-closing integration—with recognized expertise in the energy, natural resources, and infrastructure sectors.
Christina Karaouni brings solid experience in project development and financing. She has played a key role in structuring and financing major industrial and mining projects, including the development of complex contractual frameworks, the establishment of joint ventures, and sophisticated security arrangements. Her in-depth knowledge of the Guinean market is a strategic asset for the firm.
With these appointments and the expansion of its activities in Conakry, Bennani & Associés reaffirms its commitment to supporting its clients as closely as possible to African markets and offering them first-rate legal expertise.
